The Wavi Pro components, the Pro blocks and every Wavi Pro template ("Wavi Pro") are commercial software. They are not covered by the MIT licence of @waveinno/ui. Buying a Wavi Pro licence gives you the rights below; without one, you may view the previews on the website but not copy or use the code.
What you may do
- Use Wavi Pro in unlimited end products: websites, web apps, internal tools and SaaS products, your own or your clients'.
- Change the code as much as you like.
- Receive every update, for as long as Wavi Pro exists.
Who may use it
- Personal: one developer.
- Team: every developer employed by, or contracted to, the company named on the licence.
What you may not do
- Redistribute, resell or give away the source of Wavi Pro on its own, or as part of a UI kit, template, theme, component library, website builder or design tool.
- Publish the source in a public repository.
- Share your licence key with anyone outside the people it covers.
An end product may contain Wavi Pro code as long as its users cannot extract it as a reusable kit.
No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. WAVEINNO is not liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from its use.
Ending
The licence ends if you break these terms, or when a purchase is refunded. End products you shipped before then may stay in use.
