These terms cover the Wavi website (https://wavi.waveinno.app), the free @waveinno/ui package and Wavi Pro. Wavi is made by WAVEINNO, Bangladesh. By using the website or buying Wavi Pro you agree to them.

The free library

@waveinno/ui, its documentation and the free blocks and templates are free to use under the MIT licence that ships with the package. Nothing in these terms takes rights away from that licence.

Wavi Pro

  • Wavi Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It gives you the Pro components, every Pro block and every Pro template, and their updates, under the Wavi Pro Licence.
  • Prices are shown on the pricing page in taka and US dollars and include any VAT we must charge. We send an invoice for every purchase.
  • After the payment is confirmed we email your licence key, usually within minutes and at the latest within one working day. The key unlocks the Pro code on this website and in npx @waveinno/ui add.
  • Your licence key is for the people your plan covers. A key used from many places at once may be paused for the day, and a key that has been shared or published may be withdrawn.
  • Refunds follow the refund policy.

Using the website

Do not try to get Pro code without a licence, attack or overload the website or its API, or copy the website's content to republish it as your own. The free library's code and docs may of course be used as its licence allows.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment providers (for example bKash, Nagad or card processors). They handle your payment details; we never see your card number or PIN. Their own terms also apply to the payment.

Changes and availability

We may change these terms, the website, the products and the prices. A change does not affect a purchase already made. We try to keep the website and the Pro downloads available, but cannot promise they will never be interrupted.

Liability

The software is provided "as is", without warranty. To the extent the law allows, WAVEINNO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction.
