Refund policy

We want you to be happy with Wavi Pro. If it is not right for you, you can have your money back.

14-day refund

• Within 14 days of your purchase, email sales@waveinno.com from the address you bought with, or with your payment reference, and ask for a refund. You do not need to give a reason, though we are glad to hear it.
• You get the full amount back.
• When the refund is made, your licence key is withdrawn and the Wavi Pro Licence ends. Please remove the Pro code from products you have not yet shipped.

After 14 days

Because Wavi Pro is code that is delivered at once and can be kept, we do not give refunds after 14 days, except where the law requires it or when you were charged by mistake (for example, twice for the same purchase), which we always refund.

How you are paid back

• The refund goes back the way you paid: to the same bKash, Nagad or Rocket number, card or bank account.
• We start the refund within 3 working days of your request. The money usually reaches you within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your payment provider and bank.

The free library

@waveinno/ui and the free blocks and templates cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
